Shipping Info
We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 5-10 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
Delivery time:
1. The expedited delivery time is about 5-10 business days.
2. The standard delivery time is about 12-20 business days, but the possibility of delay is not ruled out. The specific delivery time is based on the delivery arrangement of the local post office.
3. Delivery time in some countries may take longer, which may take 20-35 business days.
Note: The delivery time is calculated after the order is sent, not after the order is placed.
Shipping
You can enjoy free shipping for orders over $49.99. Where available, you can opt for Express Shipping for an additional fee.
When express shipping was chosen, Specific address information(including street/block, city,province/state,country,zip code,name, phone number) is required in ENGLISH according to Shipping regulations.
Order Status
Once your order is placed, we will update you on your order status by email.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 48 hours to update the status of the shipment,sometimes will be longer and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.
Please note:
Due to customer's personal problems (clearance, incorrect address, inability to reach the address, wrong phone number), the package was unclaimed within the limited time and the parcel was destroyed. The situation that the buyer authorized to place the package in front of the door, neighbors, etc. caused the parcel disappear or being stolen.We are not responsible.
Since it is international shipment, some parcels may be inspected after arriving at the local customs, and customs duties may be incurred. Therefore, buyers need to pay attention to the notice sent by the local customs. The customs duties are charged by the local customs, the seller has no right to charge any customs duties from the buyer.
If the parcels cannot be delivered successfully because the buyer has not paid the customs duties, the seller will not bear any responsibility,and we will not accept any refund request.
